Meet The Team
Hailey
Born and raised in the heart of the Hudson Valley, Hailey’s love for movement started early—from high school sports to being that girl who never skipped a workout. Fitness wasn’t just a hobby—it was her outlet, her therapy, and the way she stayed grounded. After years working in healthcare and navigating the emotional toll of post-COVID burnout, Hailey knew it was time for a major shift in energy. That shift came in 2021 during a trip out West, when she took her first-ever Pilates sculpt class. The beat-driven movement, the heat, the intensity—it lit her up. She had finally found something that pushed her in all the right ways. She was hooked....

Kimmer
kimmer completed her first teacher training in 2007, the same year she completed her lcsw. she believes yoga is the greatest therapy of all. she’s been teaching hot yoga exclusively since 2014.
JOJO
I’m a Pilates and movement instructor who believes movement should feel empowering, expressive, and fun. My classes blend sculpt, strength, and mindful movement with high energy, feel good music to create an experience that’s equal parts strong and freeing.
I focus on alignment, breath, and control while encouraging confidence and self-expression. I love creating a space where students feel supported, challenged, and comfortable showing up exactly as they are. Whether you’re new to Pilates or deep in your practice, my goal is for you to move with intention, build strength, and leave class feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected to your body.
For me, movement is about more than the workout; it's about confidence, energy, and stepping into your power. I want every class to feel like a reset, a release, and a reminder of how capable you truly are.

Nandinī
As a native New Yorker, Nandinī found her way to her first yoga class when she was 14. She immediately resonated with many aspects of the yoga traditions. In 2005, after the recommendation of a dear friend who had explained "they do chanting there, you might take a liking to it,” she was introduced to the Jivamukti Yoga School in Union Square where she found her home base and influential teachers that opened up the deeper elements of this path.
In June of 2013, Nandinī completed the Jivamukti 300hr YTT in Costa Rica co taught by Rima Rani Rabbath, Jules Febre & David Life. She then continued on to complete the 500hr Jivamukti Teacher Apprenticeship Program with her Mentor Rima Rani Rabbath. She has continued teaching in various studios ever since.
Kelli
Kelli has been practicing yoga on and off for over 20 years. She started to practice more regularly in 2016 to rest some sports injuries and fell back in love with the practice.
Kelli is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor, with a private practice in Saugerties. She realized that the mindfulness skills she was learning in yoga could be applied to what she was doing in therapy, and wanted to gain as much knowledge about yoga as possible so she could pass it on to her clientele.
She completed her 200-hr yoga teacher training at The Yoga House in 2019 and finished a 300-hr training at Stone Wave Yoga in 2021. Kelli teaches a traditional vinyasa class and believes that yoga is not a 'work out' but a 'work in'. She understands most people find yoga to build strength and gain flexibility. Her hope is that people stay on their mats for reasons more spiritual and emotional.
Her mission is to create an environment where students can feel confident and comfortable in their bodies while having fun and finding peace.

Mary
Mary has been teaching Pilates in the Hudson Valley for over 15 years. She moved up to this area for university and found not only a home, but a passion. A lifelong mover, she has a strong and varied sports and dance background. These early exposures laid the foundation for the rest of her life and her understanding of movement.
Mary has extensive training in classical Pilates, both apparatus and mat work. A strong believer of lifelong learning, she participates regularly in continuing education. She has trained with Steve Giordano and Bob Liekens, both Pilates Master Trainers. Their influence and vast reservoir of knowledge has fundamentally changed how she understands movement, as well as the instruction of others in movement. She is excited to bring her expertise and training to the Wiltwyck community!
Mackenzie
My name is Mackenzie Fischer, and I am 25 years old. I am proud to begin my role at Wyck Yoga and Pilates. I have been teaching Pilates Barre since November.
As a former collegiate athlete who has been dedicated to strength training since high school, movement has always been a foundational part of my life. About two years ago, I transitioned my focus to Pilates and was immediately drawn to its emphasis on control, alignment, and intentional movement.
When presented with the opportunity to become certified, I embraced it wholeheartedly. Now, as a full-time classroom teacher, I am grateful to extend my passion for education and movement into the studio, guiding others through Pilates Barre with purpose and precision.

Matt
Introduced to yoga by his sister Leigha, Matt Butler completed his yoga teacher training in 2018 with Raghunath at Supersoul Farm.
Inspired by the yogic concept of Lila (divine play), Matt’s teaching blends mindful intention with a sense of ease and exploration. His classes offer a calm, supportive environment where students can slow down, deepen their practice, and reconnect with their bodies.
Outside the studio, Matt enjoys spending time in nature, often exploring the surrounding forests of the Hudson Valley with his Border Collie or working in his garden.
Mara
Mara Lileas is all about dismantling some stigmas around yoga. You will find that her teaching style is non judgmental, all inclusive, and grounded in authenticity. Since 2012 she has taught thousands of yoga classes, owned and managed studios, and ran weekend yoga retreats. “By focusing on healthy anatomical movements and postures, we can take care of our bodies and minds. I hope to help people connect with their body and breath in a way that feels good to them. I believe there are a lot of right ways to move our body, lets find the ways that work for you”
