Do I have to be a member to come to WYCK YOGA & PILATES at Wiltwyck?

Not at all! Our studio is open to the public — everyone is welcome.

We’re located on the lower level of the Wiltwyck clubhouse, just down the hall between the women’s locker room and the pro shop.

We encourage you to make a day of it and enjoy the property. Grab lunch on the patio or dinner with friends and family at The Table at Wiltwyck — there’s truly something for everyone.

Do I need to bring my own mat or towel?

Nope! Mats and towels are included with every class, so you can simply show up ready to move.

Do I need socks for Reformer classes?

Yes — socks are required for all Reformer classes.

Grip socks are highly recommended for comfort, stability, and safety. Our studio is also a completely shoe-free space, so we kindly ask that all guests remove shoes before entering.

Forgot your socks? No worries. The pro shop carries essentials in case you need anything before class.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. However, cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will result in a lost class credit.

This policy applies to all class packs and memberships.

What if I’m running late?

We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to allow time to park, check in, and settle into the studio.

If you have not checked in prior to class start time, your spot may be released to the waitlist. For the safety and flow of class, late entry is not permitted once class begins.

Please also allow a few extra minutes when arriving, as the studio is located within the Wiltwyck Golf Course clubhouse and vehicles should drive slowly and carefully through the property.

How does the waitlist work?

Our waitlists move quickly.

If a spot becomes available, you may be automatically added into class up to 1 hour before start time, so please keep an eye on your email notifications.

If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist before being added into class. Once added, our standard 12-hour cancellation policy applies.

If you do not make it into class, your credit will remain untouched.

How hot is the room?

Our heated mat classes are powered by infrared heat and are typically heated up to 105°F.

Infrared heat helps warm the body from within, supporting circulation, mobility, recovery, and that signature post-class glow.

Reformer classes are non-heated.

What amenities does the studio offer?

We’ve got everything you need to move, sweat, and reset.

Can anyone join classes, regardless of experience?

Absolutely. All classes are designed to be accessible for every level.

Beginners are always welcome and encouraged to modify as needed, while more advanced clients can deepen the challenge through added resistance, props, and variations.

Everyone gets the workout they need.

What’s the difference between the classes?

Each class offers a different kind of challenge.

  • Hot Sculpt → faster-paced with strength and weights

  • Hot Pilates → slower tempo with deep muscle engagement

  • Hot Flow Yoga → mobility, conditioning, and endurance

We recommend reading each instructor’s class description to find the right fit for your energy and goals.

Bottom line: the best class is the one that keeps you coming back.

Do you offer private sessions or small groups?

Yes! We offer private sessions and small group bookings.

When does my membership billing cycle begin?

Your membership billing cycle begins on the day you purchase your membership.

Do class credits expire?

Yes.

  • Single class credits expire 1 year from purchase date

  • Class packs expire 1 year from your first scheduled class

Can I pause my membership?

Absolutely. Memberships may be placed on hold for 14–60 days.

To request a hold, email hmcinerney@wiltwyck.org with your preferred hold start and end dates.

During your hold:

  • billing will pause

  • booking access will pause

  • you may still purchase single classes if desired

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes.

Memberships cancelled within the first 3 months are subject to a $100 early cancellation fee.

After the initial 3-month commitment, memberships may be cancelled anytime with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date.

Requests submitted too close to your billing date will take effect following the next scheduled payment.
