Hot Pilates + Sculpt
Turn up the heat— literally. This full-body class blends contemporary Pilates movements while also incorporating the use of props for enhancing that mind to muscle connection. A strong focus on breath to build core strength and stability while working your full body. All set in a 104 degree infrared-heated room. Expect to sweat, strengthen, and tone.

Group Reformer
Never tried reformer pilates? No problem! Foundation meets flow. Curious about the machine? This is your invitation to discover the transformative power of Pilates on a machine. This class is all about the fundamentals: mastering the machine, finding your deep core, and learning how to move with precision and control. It’s low-impact but high-reward, designed to build a rock-solid foundation while lengthening and strengthening every muscle.

Hot Pilates

Hot Alignment Vinyasa
Hot Alignment Vinyasa is a heated (between 100-105°F) vigorous vinyasa flow that emphasizes precise, safe structural alignment to build sustainable strength, stability, and flexibility. It combines breath-led movement, hand-on assists and intentional, longer holds to refine posture, making it suitable for all levels looking to deepen their practice safely.

Hot Yoga
Where heat meets harmony. Move, breathe, and release in a 104 degree infrared-heated yoga flow designed to connect breath and movement while building strength, flexibility, and balance. This rhythmic flow will open your body and clear your mind, finishing with a grounding stretch and a cold infused towel to cool down. As always mats and all props are provided. Gentle heat stretch
This low-impact, warm heat (80’) class focuses on slow, mindful stretching to increase mobility, reduce stiffness, and support joint health. The warmth of the room helps muscles relax more deeply, making every movement feel accessible and effective. Ideal for beginners, older adults, or anyone seeking a calm, supportive class.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga invites a deeper release—working into the connective tissues while cultivating patience and presence.
The class carries a meditative quality, at times incorporating subtle sound healing elements to support relaxation and focus. In a world of constant stimulation, this practice offers a rare opportunity to unplug—a kind of reset for the nervous system and a gentle “dopamine detox.”
Whether you’re settling into stillness or exploring your edge, the message is simple: progress happens when you show up.
