Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, Hailey’s love for movement began early through sports and an active lifestyle. After years working in healthcare and experiencing post-COVID burnout, she discovered Pilates sculpt in 2021—a turning point that reignited her passion for movement through beat-driven, high-energy classes. As a Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, Hailey is trained across the full Pilates system, allowing her to support every body and experience level with intention and care.

Jojo is a Pilates and movement instructor who believes movement should feel empowering, expressive, and fun. His classes blend sculpt, strength, and mindful movement set to high-energy, feel-good music, creating an experience that’s equal parts strong and freeing. With a focus on alignment, breath, and control, Jojo encourages confidence and self-expression while creating a space where students feel supported, challenged, and comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

Kelli has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and began deepening her practice in 2016 while recovering from sports injuries, rediscovering her love for mindful movement. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor with a private practice in Saugerties, where she integrates mindfulness into her therapeutic work. Kelli completed her 200-hour teacher training at The Yoga House in 2019 and her 300-hour training at Stone Wave Yoga in 2021.
